Returns Policy

At AmeriPride Sales we strive to make your shopping experience seamless and hassle-free—including the return process. You may return merchandise within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the products are unopened and in their original packaging.

Please note: Clearance and discontinued items are not eligible for return unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, in which case a full refund will be issued.

To initiate a return, please contact us by phone at +1-(831) 706-1574 or email our customer service team at customerservice@ameripridesales.com. If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with a prepaid return shipping label sent to the email address associated with your account.


Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees on the majority of our products. However, large-item returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%. If a restocking fee applies to your order, it will be clearly communicated at the time the RA is issued.


Refund Process

Refunds are processed after the returned products are received and inspected by our warehouse team to ensure they are in resalable condition. Once approved, refunds are typically issued within 3–5 business days. In some cases, processing may take up to 10–15 business days, depending on your payment provider.


Damaged Shipments

While we carefully inspect all items prior to shipping, transit damage can occur. If your shipment arrives damaged, please note the damage on the carrier's delivery record and retain the shipping box, product packaging, and remaining contents. Contact us within 10 days of receipt by calling +1 (571)-918-0292 or emailing customerservice@ameripridesales.com. Our team will coordinate a prompt replacement at no additional cost or inconvenience to you.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain product categories are not eligible for return under any circumstances. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Floor machines and vacuums

  • Special order items

  • Food and beverages

  • Dated materials (e.g., calendars, planners)

  • Medical products


Order Cancellations

We utilize an efficient order processing system to ensure fast delivery. As a result, orders may not be cancellable once they have been processed. If your order has already been fulfilled, we will issue a return label, and you may return the products once they arrive.
