Shipping & Handling Policy
At AmeriPride Sales, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, affordably, and reliably. The following outlines our shipping process, available services, and important guidelines to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
Order Processing & Shipment
Orders placed using an approved purchasing account, credit/debit card, or PayPal are processed as promptly as possible. Most orders are prepared for shipment within 24–48 business hours after placement.
Nationwide Warehouse Network
We operate with a network of over 55 warehouses across the United States, allowing us to ship products from the nearest fulfillment center to reduce delivery times and shipping costs.
Shipping Within the Continental U.S.
We primarily ship using UPS Ground and FedEx Ground.
Hazardous materials, oversized items, or orders weighing over 300 lbs are shipped via LTL Freight.
For expedited shipping or delivery to locations outside the continental U.S., please contact our customer service team.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders shipped within the continental U.S. arrive within 2–3 business days when placed online or via phone.
Delivery Days
UPS Ground deliveries are available Monday through Saturday (excluding major holidays).
No shipments are made on Sundays.
Please Note: UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Customers must provide a valid residential or commercial address. In some cases, UPS may require a signature upon delivery.
Free Shipping Policy
We offer free standard shipping on all orders placed through auxodistribution.com.
Free shipping does not apply to special orders or non-stocked items.
We reserve the right to select the most appropriate shipping method for free shipping-eligible purchases.
Note: Additional fees may apply for certain cleaning chemicals and special-handling items. For bulk pricing or special discounts, please contact our customer service department.
Handling Information
Standard Handling Fees: We do not charge standard processing or handling fees for regular orders.
Hazardous Material Shipments
Some items may be designated as hazardous materials by UPS and may incur additional fees or require shipment via LTL Freight or Common Carrier. For clarification or support, please contact our customer service team.
LTL & Common Carrier Shipping
Certain products are too large, heavy, or hazardous to ship via standard ground service. In these cases:
Shipments are typically dispatched within 10 business days of the order date.
Delivery usually occurs within 3–5 business days of shipment.
Residential deliveries via LTL are made to the curbside only.
Customers are responsible for any additional delivery services, missed delivery charges, or re-delivery fees.
Note: Orders weighing more than 250 lbs will be shipped via LTL Freight.
